In 1990, Joseph Harris, who had a history of psychiatric issues, was fired from his job at the post office. This event would brew in him for 18 months. He would begin to stockpile many different types of weapons - from swords to firearms to explosives. Then, on this day in 1991, Joseph decided to execute his plan. Joseph had barricaded himself and brought several explosive devices with him. It wasn’t until approximately 6:00 AM that he would eventually get arrested.
